	Duke of Abercorn	Index Card 3"x5"	Sir James Hamilton, 5th Duke of Abercorn was born on 4 July 1934. He is the son of Sir James Edward Hamilton, 4th Duke of Abercorn and Lady Mary Katherine Crichton. He succeeded to the title of 5th Duke of Abercorn on 4 June 1979. He succeeded to the title of 7th Viscount Hamilton on 4 June 1979. He succeeded to the title of 14th Earl Abercorn in June, 1979. 	Prince Aga Khan	Index Card 3"x5"	Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan, the son of Sir Sultan Mohamed Shah, Aga Khan III, the Imam, leader of the Ismaili Shia Muslims. The family bloodline can be traced back to the Prophet. He has worked 40 years for the United Nations, twelve of them as High Commissioner for Refugees. His brother, Prince Aly Khan, gained notoriety when he married the actress Rita Hayworth, a union that was short-lived. Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan has acquired a vast collection of Islamic art, paintings, drawings and manuscripts from Turkey, Iran and India. He and his family reside in the south of France.
	Queen Alexandra	Original Coronation Photo By Downey	These photographs were among a series of coronation pictures taken by the royal photographer William Downey, who was known as "the Queen's photographer." He set up one of the first studios in London in the mid 1850s, and was soon engaged by members of the royal family to take not only official portraits, but informal pictures, as well. He also photographed the famous and infamous of his day, including Sarah Bernhardt and Oscar Wilde.

He is the son of Major Percy Wentworth Hope-Johnstone and Margaret Jane Hunter-Arundell. He was an underwriting member of Lloyds in 1976. 	Duke of Argyll	Card Stock 5"x7"	Sir Torquhil Ian Campbell, 13th Duke of Argyll, was born in May, 1968, the son of Sir Ian Campbell and Iona Colquhoun. He married Eleanor Cedbury in 2002. Sir Torquhil was styled as Marquess of Lorne between 1968 and 2001. He has succeeded to the titles of 9th Baron Sundridge, 16th Lord of Kintyre, 10th Baron Hamilton, and succeeded to the title of 13th Duke and 22nd Earl of Argyll in 2001. 	Lord Astor of Hever	Index Card 3"x5"	John Jacob Astor, 3rd Baron Astor of Hever, born 1946. The son of Gavin Astor and Lady Irene Violet Freesia Janet Augusta Haig. Married first to Fiona Lennox Harvey, divorced in 1990. He then married Elizabeth Mackintosh, the daughter of John Macintosh, 2nd Viscount Macintosh of Halifax. John Jacob Astor succeeded to the title of Baron Astor of Hever, Hever Castle, in 1984. He is a descendant of John Jacob Astor I, who started the family fortune as a fur trapper and trader. The Astors were at the fore front of New York society in the Gilded Age, and Baron Astor is of the group that emigrated from the United States to England around the turn of the century.
	Duke of Atholl	Index Card 3"x5"	John Murray, 11th Duke of Atholl, born 1929. The son of Major George Murray and Joan Eastwood. He has succeeded to the titles of 12th Viscount of Balquhidder, 13th Earl of Atholl, 14th Lord Murray, 11th Earl of Strathtay and Strathardle, 11th Marquess of Tillibardin, 11th Viscount of Balwhidder, and, in 1996, the Duke of Atholl.
	Lord Baden-Powell	Index Card 3"x5"	Sir Robert Crause Baden-Powell, 3rd Baron Baden-Powell, born 1936, the son of Sir Robert Peter Baden-Powell and Carine Crause Boardman. He is a direct descendant of Lord Baden-Powell, founder of the Boy Scouts, and held the office of Chief Scouts Commissioner from 1965 to 1982.
	Viscount Bangor	Index Card 3"x5"	William Maxwell David Ward, 8th Viscount Bangor, born 1948, the son of Edward Henry Ward and Leila Heaton. Educated at St. Edward's School, Oxford, and the University College London. He holds the title of 8th Baron Bangor.
	Marquess of Bath	Index Card 3"x5"	Sir Alexander George Thynne, 7th Marquess of Bath. He was born in 1932 to Sir Henry Frederick Thynne and Daphne Vivian. He lives at Longleat, the family seat in Wiltshire, which has long been a tourist destination and is considered one of the great houses of Britain. He is an accomplished artist, and has also written a number of books, including The Carry Cot, Top Hat and Tails, an autobiography, and Strictly Private. He holds the titles of 9th Baron Thynne of Wermister and 9th Viscount Weymouth, county Dorset.

	Duke of Beaufort	Index Card 3"x5"	David Robert Somerset, 11th Duke of Beaufort, is the son of Capt. Henry Somerset and Bettine Malcolm. He married Lady Caroline Thynne, daughter of Henry Thynne, 6th Marquess of Bath. In 2000 He married Miranda Morley. He held the office of Hereditary Keeper of Raglan Castle. He holds the titles of 13th Marquess of Worcester and 17th Earl of Worcester. He was president of the British Horse Society and chairman of Marlborough Fine Art Ltd.
	Earl of Bute	SP 3 1/2"x6"	John Colum Crichton-Stuart, the 7th Marquess of Bute, was born in 1958, and was titled the Earl of Dumfries. He is the son of John Stuart and Beatrice Weld-Forester. In 1984 he married Carolyn Waddell. They were divorced in 1993. His ancestor, John Stuart, 3rd Earl of Bute (1713-1792) was a friend of the Prince of Wales, a relationship that laid the foundations for the great Bute fortune. He later helped to plan the now-famous Kew Gardens.
	Earl of Bute	SP 3 1/2"x6"	The Marquess is a former British race car champion. He won the 1984 British Formula Three Championship. He has participated in 16 Formula One grands prix and scored a total of 3 championship points. Johnny became the Marquess of Bute in 1993 and holds the titles of Earl of Windsor, Viscount Ayr, Lord Crichton of Sanquhar and Cumnock, Viscount Kingarth, Lord Montstuart Cumbrae and Inchmarnock, Baron Cardiff, and Viscount Mountjoy. He has an estimated wealth of Ł337m.
	Earl of Cardigan	Index Card 3"x5"	David Michael Brudenell-Bruce, present Earl of Cardigan, born 1952. The son of Sir Michael Sydney Brudenell-Bruce, 8th Marquess of Ailsbury, and Edwaina de Winton-Wills. Educated at Eton College. He was styled Earl of Cardigan in 1952. He has held the office of Hereditary Warden of Savernake Forest.

	Earl of Carnarvon	Onionskin Paper, 4"x4"	The 7th Earl of Carnarvon, Henry George Molyneux Herbert, was born in 1924. He is the son of Henry George Herbert and Anne Wendell. His grandfather, the 5th Earl of Carnarvon, was instrumental in the discovery of the famous tomb of King Tutankhamun, financing Howard Carter and his crew for years before the important find in 1922. The deaths, in rapid succession, of many of the participants, including the 5th Earl in 1923, gave rise to the rumor of a curse, which persists to this day.
	Marquess of Cholmondeley	ANS	The 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, David George Philip Cholmondeley, was born in 1960. He is the current Lord Great Chamberlain of England, and is the only Marquess in the House of Lords. He attended Eton College, and the Sorbonne in Paris. As a young man he was a Page of Honor to Queen Elizabeth II. He is also a film director, having adapted Truman Capote's novel Other Voices, Other Rooms for the movie theater.

	Earl of Derby	SP 7"x9" In mount 8"x10"	Edward George Villiers Stanley, 17th Earl of Derby KG, GCB, GCVO, TD, PC (1865-1948) was an English politician. Member of Parliament for Westhoughton 1892–1906. Signed on the mount.

	Duke of Devonshire	Post Card (Reverse)	Andrew Robert Buxton Cavendish, 11th Duke of Devonshire, born 1920. Died 2004. Son of Edward William Spencer Cavendish and Lady Mary Alice Cecil. Succeeded by his son, Peregrine Andrew Mornay Cavnedish, born 1944. Chatsworth, one of Britain's great houses, is the family seat.
	Duke of Devonshire	Post Card (Front)	Andrew Robert Buxton Cavendish married Deborah Freeman-Mitford, of the famous Mitford sisters. She now runs the family estate, Chatsworth, with the help of her grandson, the Marquess of Hartington. She is the grandmother of model Stella Tennant.
	Duchess of Devonshire	SP 5"x7"	Deborah Freeman-Mitford Cavendish is the last of the famous Mitford sisters and the widow of Andrew Cavendish, 11th Duke of Devonshire. The Mitfords were an aristocratic British family who achieved contemporary notoriety for their controversial and stylish lives as young people, and later for their very public political divisions between communist and fascist. Of the six daughters, two (Nancy and Jessica) were well-known authors, and two others married nephews of the Prime Ministers Winston Churchill and Harold Macmillan. One sister, The Hon. Unity Mitford, was famous for her friendship with Hitler, and shot herself at the outbreak of WWII, surviving until 1948. The Dowager Duchess has been a dutiful caretaker of the family estate, Chatsworth, one of Great Britain's great houses now open to the public, and has written a number of books about it. She also supervised the development of the nearby Cavendish Hotel and the Devonshire Arms Hotel at Bolton Abbey. She is Dame Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, and her titles include The Lady Andrew Cavendish and Marchioness of Hartington.
	Andrew Duff-Gordon	Index Card 3"x5"	Andrew Duff-Gordon's famous ancestors were Sir Cosmo Duff-Gordon and his wife Lucy Wallace. They were among the survivors of the sinking of the Titanic. Sir Cosmo was a British fencing champion and represented his country in the Olympics of 1908. Lady Duff-Gordon gained notoriety for designing racy lady's undergarments, which became the rage of the upper class of England. After the Titanic sinking, the Duff-Gordons faced an inquiry in which they were accused of bribery to be able to board a lifeboat together. The hearing resulted in an acquittal of charges. Sir Cosmo died in 1931. Lady Duff-Gordon died in 1935.

	Viscount Falkland	Index Card 3"x5"	Lucius Edward William Plantagenet Cary, 15th Viscount Falkland, born 1935. Son of Lucius Henry Charles Plantagenet Cary and Constance Mary Berry.
	The Rt. Hon. the Earl Ferrers	SP 5"x7"	The title Earl Ferrers was created in the Peerage of Great Britain in 1711 for the 13th Baron Ferrers of Chartley. It is the senior Earldom in the Peerage of Great Britain. Lord Ferrers holds the title Viscount Tamworth, and is also a Baronet. The present Earl Ferrers is Robert Washington Shirley. He is a member of the House of Lords.
	Lord Cavendish of Furness	Index Card 3"x5"	Richard Hugh Cavendish, Baron Cavendish of Furness, born in 1941. Owner of Holker Hall, one of Britain's great estates. He was created a peer by Margaret Thatcher in 1990 and is the heir presumptive to the dukedom of Devonshire.

	Earl of Harewood	Index Card 3"x5"	George Lascelles, born 1923, is the 7th Earl of Harewood, and is a great grandson of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra. His mother, Princess Mary of England, was the sister of Queen Elizabeth II's father, George VI. He is President of the English Football Association. Harewood House, their estate in Yorkshire, is one of Britain's great houses.

	Marquess Lansdowne	Index Card 3"x5"	Charles Maurice Petty-FitzMaurice, 9th Marquess of Lansdowne, born 1941. Was a page to HM Queen Elizabeth II. He succeeded to the title of 9th Earl Wycombe of Chepping Wycombe in 1999. He succeeded to the title of 10th Viscount Fitzmaurice in 1999. He also holds the title of 10th Baron Dunkeron, and 10th Earl of Shelburne.
	Earl of Lichfield	SP 5"x7"	Thomas William Robert Hugh Anson, born 1978, is the 6th Earl of Lichfield. His father, the 5th Earl of Lichfield (died 2005), was a famous British photographer. The family seat is Shugborough Hall, Staffordshire.
	Earl of Lindsey and Abingdon	SP 3 1/2"x6"	Richard Henry Rupert Bertie, 14th Earl of Lindsey, born 1931. Son of Major Hon. Arthur Michael Bertie and Aline Rose Arbuthnot-Leslie. He also holds the title of 9th Earl of Abingdon, Berkshire.

	Earl of Macclesfield	SP 5"x7"	The present, and 9th, Earl of Macclesfield is Richard Timothy George Mansfield Parker. The title was created twice, once in 1679 and again in 1721. Shirburn Castle is the family seat of the Parker family.
	Viscount Malden	Index Card 3"x5"	The Right Honourable Frederick Paul de Vere Capell, Viscount Malden (b. 1944), is the current Earl of Essex. He succeeded his father Robert Capell, 10th Earl of Essex, in 2005. He is unmarried, and the earldom will most likely pass to his distant cousin, William Jennings Capell.

	Duke of Marlborough	Index Card 3"x5"	John George Vanderbilt Spencer-Churchill, 11th Duke of Marlborough, born 1926. Grandson of David Spencer, 9th Duke of Marlborough, and Consuelo Vanderbilt. Formerly married to Athina Onassis, former wife of Aristotle Onassis. The family seat is Blenheim Palace, childhood home of Winston Churchill.
	Napier of Magdala	Index Card 3"x5"	Descendant of Robert Napier, lieutenant in the Bengal Engineers. He fought all major battles of the Sikh Wars, and was division commander in the war with China in 1860. Commander-in-chief of the Bombat Army, when the government chose him to lead the forces in Abyssinia. His success there lead to his title Lord Napier of Magdala. He was appointed Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath, Knight Grand Commander of the Star of India, appointed honorary Colonel of the 3rd London Rifles, made a Freeman of the City of London.
	King of Nepal	SP 3 1/2"x5 1/2"	The Maoist Party of Nepal began a bid to replace the parliamentary government with a socialist government, which led to a civil war that resulted in thousands of deaths. In 2001 the heir apparent Prince Dipendra killed his parents and other members of his family in a dispute over his choice for a wife. His brother, Gyanendra, inherited the Nepalese crown.
	Queen Noor	Index Card 3"x5"	Born Lisa Halaby in 1951. American by birth. She is the daughter of a former CEO of Pan-American Airways. She met King Hussein while working in Jordan, and they were maried in 1978. After the death of her husband, she became known as the Queen Mother.
	Duke of Norfolk	Index Card 3"x5"	The Most Noble Edward William Fitzalan-Howard, 18th Duke of Norfolk, born 1956, is the premier duke and earl of England, and currently holds the hereditary title of Earl Marshal, given to the Dukes of Norfolk since 1672. He is related to Elizabeth I of England, Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard. He is a descendant of Edward I of England. He resides in Arundel Castle, the family seat.
	Marquess of Northampton	Index Card 3"x5"	Spencer "Spenny" Douglas David Compton, 7th and current Marquess of Northampton, born 1946. Son of William Compton, 6th Marquess of Northampton and Virginia Lucie Heaton. Castle Ashby is the family seat.
	Duke of Northumberland	Index Card 3"x5"	Ralph George Algernon Percy, 12th Duke of Northumberland, born 9156. Son of Hugh Percy, 10th Duke of Northumberland and Lady Elizabeth Montagu-Douglas-Scott. His family seat, Alnwick Castle, has been a film location and was used in the first two Harry Potter movies.
	Earl of Orkney	ALS	Oliver Peter St. John, 9th Earl of Orkney, is an internationally recognized expert on skyjacking and espionage.
	Earl of Oxford and Asquith	Index Card 3"x5"	The Right Honourable Julian Edward George Asquith, 2nd Earl of Oxford and Asquith, born 1916, is the grandson of Herbert Henry Asquith, 1st Earl of Oxford and Asquith, British Prime Minister from 1908 until 1916. He is past Administrative Secretary of Zanzibar, and a Companion of Order of St. Michael and St. George. He was Commander of the British Indian Ocean Territory from 1965 to 1967. He was made a Knight Commander of the Order of St. Michael and St. George.
	Patricia Mountbatten	Index Card 3"x5"	Honourable Patricia Edwina Victoria Knatchbull, 2nd Countess Mountbatten of Burma, born 1924, is the daughter of Louis Mountbatten, First Earl Mountbatten of Burma and his wife Edwina Mountbatten, Countess Mountbatten of Burma. She succeeded her father when he was assassinated in 1979 by members of the IRA. She was aboard the boat when it was blown up off the coast of Sligo, killing her father and her son, Nicholas, and her mother-in-law, the Dowager Baroness Brabourne. She succeeded her cousin, Lady Patricia Ramsay, as Colonel-in-Chief of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry.

	Duke of Portsmouth	Index Card 3"x5"	Quenton Gerard Carew Wallop, 10th Earl of Portsmouth, born 1954. He is the son of Oliver Kintzing Wallop, Viscount Lymington and Ruth Violet Sladen.
	Earl of Powis	ALS	Henry Arthur Herbert, 1st Earl of Powis, was the son of Francis Herbert and Dorothy Oldbury. He married Barbara Herbert, daughter of Lord Edward Herbert and Lady Henrietta Waldegrave, on 30 March 1751. He died on 10 September 1772.
	Earl of Radnor	SP 4"x5"	The Earldom of Radnor was first created in 1679 for Lord Robartes, a notable figure in British politics. It has been created twice. The current Earl, Jacob Pleydell-Bouverie, born in 1927, also holds the titles of Viscount Folkestone, Baron Longford and Baron Pleydell-Bouverie. He is the 8th Earl of Radnor.
	2nd Baron Radstock	Cut Signature	Granville Waldegrave, 2nd Baron Radstock CB (1786–1857) was a British naval officer, and the eldest son of the 1st Baron Radstock. From 1831 to 1837, he was a Naval aide-de-camp to King William IV and to Queen Victoria from 1837–1841.
	Earl of Romney	Index Card 3"x5"	Major Michael Henry Marsham, 7th Earl of Romney (1910-2004), son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Reginald Hastings Marsham and Dora Hermione North. He married Frances Aileen Landale, daughter of Lt.-Col. James Russell Landale, on 28 June 1939.
	Duke of Roxburghe	Index Card 3"x5"	Guy David Innes-Ker, 10th Duke of Roxburghe was born in 1954, son of George Victor Robert John Innes-Ker, 9th Duke of Roxburghe and Margaret Elizabeth McConnel.
	Duke of Rutland	ANS	David Charles Robert Manners, 11th Duke of Rutland, born 1959. He is the son of Charles John Robert Manners, 10th Duke of Rutland and Frances Helen Sweeny. Belvoir Castle is the family seat.
	Baron Sackville	Index Card 3"x5"	Lionel Bertrand Sackville-West, 6th Baron Sackville (1913-2004). Knole Park, the seat of the Barons Sackville, is one of Britain's great estates, and part of the National Trust.
	5th Earl de la Warr	Free Frank	The Right Honourable George John Sackville-West, 5th Earl de la Warr PC (1791–1869) was the son of John Richard West, 4th Earl De La Warr and the former Catherina Lyell, daughter of Henry Lyell, a naturalized British subject (born Henrik Leijel of the Swedish noble family Leijel, nr. 1531). He married Lady Elizabeth Sackville, 1st Baroness Buckhurst, daughter of John Sackville, 3rd Duke of Dorset, on 21 June 1813. Addressed to Sir Herbert Taylor (1775-1839), private secretary to William IV.
	Marquess of Salisbury	Index Card 3"x5"	Robert Michael James Gascoyne-Cecil, 7th Marquess of Salisbury was born in 1946. He is the son of Robert Edward Peter Gascoyne-Cecil, 6th Marquess of Salisbury and Marjorie Olein Wyndham-Quin.
	Earl of Sandwich	Index Card 3"x5"	John Edward Hollister Montagu, 11th Earl of Sandwich was born in 1943. He is the son of Alexander Victor Edward Paulet Montagu, 10th Earl of Sandwich and Maud Rosemary Peto.
	King Simeon II of Bulgaria	SP 4 1/2"x7"	Born in 1937. Prime Minister of Bulgaria. Son of King Boris III (House of Saxe-Coburg) and Queen Joanna (House of Savoy). In 1998 the Bulgarian Constitutional Court decided in favor of returning the family estates taken during the Communist coup.
	Duke of Somerset	Index Card 3"x5"	John Seymour, 19th Duke of Somerset, was born in 1951, the son of Sir Percy Seymour and Gwendoline Thomas. Married Judith Hull in 1978. They have four children.
	Earl of Strathmore	Printed Card 3 1/2"x5"	Michael Fergus Bowes-Lyon, born 1958, succeeded to the title of 18th Earl of Strathmore in 1987. His father, Captain George Henry Hubert Lascelles, 7th Earl of Harewood, was born in 1923, and is the son of Henry Lascalles and Victoria Alexandra Alice Mary Windsor, Princess Royal of the United Kingdom. A member of the Strathmore clan was Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (1900-2002) who was to become Queen of England through her marriage to George VI. They were the parents of Elizabeth II and Princess Margaret.
	Sir Harry Verney	Free Frank	2nd Baronet (1801-1894), son of General Sir Harry Calvert. Sir Harry assumed the name of Verney in compliance with the will of Mary Verney, Baroness Fermanagh, who died a spinster, leaving the paternal estates that ultimately came into possession of Sir Harry Calvert. Sir Harry entered the British House of Commons for Buckingham in 1832.

	Duke of Wellington	Index Card 3"x5"	Brigadier Sir Arthur Valerian Wellesley, the 8th Duke of Wellington, comes from a long line of distinguished ancestors. He was educated at Eton, and New College, Oxford. He is a decorated WWII veteran, and a Member of the British Empire. He holds the titles of Marquess of Wellington, 8th Baron Douro of Wellesley, 8th Viscount Wellington of Talavera and Wellington, and was invested as an Officer, Legion of Honour French. The 1st Duke of Wellington, The Most Noble Arthur Wellesley (1769-1852) was one of Britain's most revered military heroes.
	Earl of Wemyss	Index Card 3"x5"	Sir Francis David Charteris, 12th Earl of Wemyss was born on 19 January 1912. He is the son of Hugo Francis Charteris, Lord Elcho and Lady Violet Catherine Manners. He married Mavis Lynette Gordon Murray, daughter of Edwin Edward Murray, on 24 February 1940. He married Shelagh Kathleen Thrift, daughter of Ernest Thrift, on 29 April 1995. Sir Francis and Mavis had four children.
	Duke of Westminster	Index Card 3"x5"	Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster was born on 22 December 1951 in Ireland. He is the son of Sir Robert George Grosvenor, 5th Duke of Westminster and Hon. Viola Maud Lyttelton.
	Baron Wolvercote	Printed Card 3"x5"	Philip Brian Cecil Moore, born in 1921, was educated at Cheltenham and Brasenose College, Oxford and fought as a Bomber during World War II. Moore was then Private Secretary from 1957 to 1958, to the 10th Earl of Selkirk in the latter's capacity as First Lord of the Admiralty. On his retirement in 1986, he was created Baron Moore of Wolvercote. The baron currently lives at Hampton Court Palace.

	Elizabeth II	Coronation, Illustrated News	Every newspaper agency in England and in Europe produced printed memorabilia relating to the Queen's coronation in 1953. This is from the Illustrated News.
	Elizabeth II	Coronation Program	The official program for the Coronation of Elizabeth II was published by the multitude, and was among a huge amount of printed material relating to the event. Elizabeth was crowned in 1953 after the death of her father, George VI, a year earlier. Months of preparation went into the ceremony, which was televised internationally. An estimated 3 million people lined the streets of London to honor their new Queen.
	George V	Silver Jubilee Program	George V ascended to the throne upon the death of Edward VII in 1910. He and his queen, Mary of Teck saw their Silver Jubilee in 1935, which was celebrated worldwide. This official book contains programs and schedules of the events in London, as well as pictures of the King and Queen, and other members of the royal family. George V died in 1936.
	George VI	Coronation Program	George VI ascended to the throne upon the abdication of his brother EdwardVIII, who had given up the British throne to marry Wallis Simpson, an American dicorcee. This program features photographs of the King and his queen, Elizabeth, and family photographs including those of the Princesses Margaret and Elizabeth, future queen of England.
